| > Research Interests | | The objective of catalytic reforming is the increase of O.N. of gasoline. To obtain higher O.N. (100 or more) which permits the abandon of additives such as TEL (air pollutant) or MTBE (expensive), the logical way is the improvement of catalytic performance of (Pt + M/Al2O3) reforming catalysts, achieved by some modification of their metallic phase. | | According to the air pollution problems, researches in the field of hydrotreating process which allows the decrease of the hetero-atom compounds (sulfur, nitrogen,…) of petroleum products have found great importance. In this relation, the study of hydrotreating catalysts is more subject to research purposes. |
