Promoting four faculty members of College of Engineering to the rank of professor

According to the Public Relations Office of the College of Engineering, Dr. Manoouchehr Latifi, Dr.  Massoud Palassi, Dr. Alireza Riasi, and Dr. Mohammadreza Farahani, faculty members of the School of Civil and Mechanical Engineering of the College of Engineering, were promoted to the rank of Professor at the University of Tehran. Their decree states:

Respectfully, considering that the promotion of your academic rank has been proposed and approved by the Special Board of Review of the University of Tehran, by virtue of this decree, you will be honored to achieve and be promoted to the rank of Professor of the aforementioned College from the date of approval by the Selected Committee of the College of Engineering. It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and your increasing efforts, you will be more successful and supportive in this position in the scientific development of our dear Iran and the advancement of the University of Tehran.
